While the dealership did give me a loaner car, the assessment that they came back with was extremely suspect. I had to replace my battery outside of the dealership (out of town) with AAA. When I cam assessment that they came back with was extremely suspect. I had to replace my battery outside of the dealership (out of town) with AAA. When I came to the dealership to follow up, they declared that AAA had put in a corroded battery (not true-completely pristine!). They wanted to charge me for yet another new battery! I was also told that they would assign me an advocate, which never happened. I fell completely between the cracks. More
