Buyers beware. My experience was horrible!! The dealership took advantage of my situation and it cost me thousands of dollars I shouldn't have had to spend. Buying My experience was horrible!! The dealership took advantage of my situation and it cost me thousands of dollars I shouldn't have had to spend. Buying used will cost you $2000 above sticker price-minimally. Ridiculous to pass the cost of having inventory onto the customer. The finance guy(Francisco) was an annoying a** and should be fired. While I think Honda's are one of the best type of vehicles out there, I would NEVER recommend this dealership!! For them, it's all about "ringing that bell". The only acceptable part of the transaction was Alan-the salesman. My advice to him is find another dealership that deserves you. If I could go back in time, I would have left right after the test drive....Lesson learned!!! Don't buy from here!!! More

Really Great Experience! I came to the St. Charles McGrath knowing exactly what I was looking for, stock number in hand, and Max was on it. I felt very welcome, and can't say I came to the St. Charles McGrath knowing exactly what I was looking for, stock number in hand, and Max was on it. I felt very welcome, and can't say that I experienced this at other Honda dealerships local to the area. Max and Tom were so attentive and genuine through the process and treated my dad and me very well. I look forward to and will continue to purchase my vehicles at this location. I had to come back for my spare key and worked with Max again as well as someone in Service and both of them expedited my issue and explained a few more features about my car that I was not able to absorb the night I got it. Just some feedback, I would say a bit more internal communication needs to take place before calling a customer back for a "We Owe You." I had no idea the spare key needed programming and that scheduling an appointment would have been more ideal. I was still prioritized which was awesome, but it was clear that a lot of verifying had to be done on the spot, and no one knew that I was called in just because the part was ready, not because the key was fully programmed and ready for me to take home. Overall I had a really great experience and was treated so well by literally everyone I interacted with. More
