Terrible customer service, which ends the moment your purchase is complete. After speaking with two salespersons and a finance person, we were told that we could put a $3,000 payment on our credit card purchase is complete. After speaking with two salespersons and a finance person, we were told that we could put a $3,000 payment on our credit card once the 'no payment for ninety days' offer ended. Upon receiving the first notice from Mazda Financial Services, I was then told that this wasn't an option. On multiple occasions, I spoke with management, who promised they would 'call back in twenty minutes'. That never happened. I was then told that I would have an answer by the end of the week. Likewise, that didn't happen. Upon asking to speak with said individual, I was told that both my partner and I misunderstood our conversations during the purchase. There was no accountability for poor communication, poor follow-up, and a lack of professionalism and/or training on behalf of their salespersons and finance personnel. In a field where quality customer service and communication is valued, they were sorely lacking. I will not give them my business, and likewise will discourage my friends and colleagues from doing so. More
