Worse dealership I have ever been in. Bought a 5500 series truck over the phone. Stopped in to look at it and nobody would even take time to show me the truck. Dropped my F550 off to have Bought a 5500 series truck over the phone. Stopped in to look at it and nobody would even take time to show me the truck. Dropped my F550 off to have bed swapped. Returned week later to pickup the new dodge. They charged an additional 800.00 over agreed price to swap the bed. Then they used four bolts to hold a 11 foot steel flatbed onto the truck. I pull a 20,000 pound trailer with a 250,000 dollar drill machine on it. I don’t think four bolts is going work. I asked for a hat for my boy and they looked at me like I spoke Greek. I told them the app for the truck was not working and they offered no assistants just told me good luck. Then the 395.00 spare tire for truck was missing. Horrible service and rude employees. I’ve bought 350,000 dollar in trucks sense September from Mclarty and this one will be my last!!! More
