This was my first service visit on my 2016 2500HD truck. Once I left the dealership I remembered a question I had forgotten to ask. Pam Moore was very nice dealing with my question by phone and returned the call very shortly with an answer. Very good service group. Adam Berry sold me this truck in August of 2016 and came by to speak to me while I waited for the truck to be serviced. He even came up with a couple of helium filled balloons to keep my grand kids busy while we waited. Great job !! More

had several problems with 03 high mileage 2500 in past year. try to avoid dealership but sometimes no one else can fix it.Pay 90$ every time they scan it. Sometimes i change part they tell me is bad.
