Very unprofessional. Staff acted as though I was inconveniencing them. Sales team was loud and unprofessional. I leased a 2019 Jetta which went in for two scheduled maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in at approximately 18,000 miles they told my son the scheduled maintenance would have to be paid for. Although I had paid it and had the written record. At 26,099 miles rear tires are cupped. Meaning ruined. Meaning I have to buy new tires at $500+ More
