I’m writing to share my recent experience at your dealership on May 30th, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations and what I’ve come to associate with the Lexus brand. I was assisted by Velianet Hernandez in my search for a Lexus ES 350, preferably in blue or black. While inventory was limited, Velianet encouraged me to consider a hybrid model, which I eventually agreed to after considerable discussion around pricing. However, after reaching a deal, I experienced a significant delay before meeting with your finance department. My time with Todd Tarczynski, the finance representative, was particularly disappointing. His demeanor came across as passive-aggressive and condescending. As a first-time Lexus buyer, I had a few basic questions about the financing documents, but Todd seemed unwilling to explain anything thoroughly. When I had trouble using the Docusign tablet, his comment—“92-year-old women use it perfectly fine, so why would you have trouble?”—felt dismissive and inappropriate. This kind of treatment was disheartening and made what should have been an exciting day quite stressful. This purchase held sentimental value to me. My late mother, who passed from cancer two years ago, always spoke fondly of her Lexus and the exceptional service she received at other dealerships. Sadly, my experience did not reflect that same level of care. Additionally, after receiving the car, I discovered that important safety features such as the Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) were not activated, and the navigation system had not been set up. I am 2 months in and I keep finding stickers all over the car, and the car was given to me dirty with spots and marks everywhere. I was also not informed about included items like the key protectors. These are details I would expect a premium dealership to address thoroughly before sending a customer on their way—especially when safety is concerned. Overall, the treatment I received did not align with the high standards I associate with Lexus. I’m hoping you take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring that future customers have a more thoughtful and respectful experience. More

My purchase experience here is why most people hate buying a car. I don’t live in Miami so, this purchase was done online. I used their on-line trade in on their website. The next day I received a buyers order from the dealer with a trade-in of the same car for 7,000. More than $5,200 less! The dealer did not know I used the trade in option online. Both offers were without seeing my trade. Incidentally I received a check for $13,000 through the Autonation car buying service. I emailed Sean Kamal the GM of Lexus N Miami. He couldn’t be bothered to reply himself, so he pushed it off on someone below him. I was told the offer was 7,000 and maybe I shouldn’t trade in my car. Clear bait and switch move. No explanation, no apology. I felt the L Certified car they were selling was a good value, and decided to purchase it anyway. When I took delivery of the car it had a broken piece on the lower dash just hanging there. Impossible to miss on the multi-point inspection. Every other L Certified Lexus I’ve purchased was delivered in immaculate condition. I will say my sales person, Sierra was professional and very helpful along with her partner Constantine. Sean (GM), Alfred (used car mgr.) and Todd (finance mgr) typify the stereotypical car salesman. No integrity whatsoever, and give this Lexus dealership a bad name. More

The entire process—from test drive to financing—was smooth, transparent, and efficient. The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including a thorough walkthrough of my new vehicle and follow-up after the sale to ensure I was satisfied. If you’re looking for a dealership that values integrity, excellent customer service, and a hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend Lexus North Miami. They’ve earned a loyal customer! More
