Exceptional, friendly, professional, and helpful. Business Manager Robert, courteous, fast & professional. Sales Manager Todd, who moved heaven and earth to get the exact vehicle I wanted from a dealership 100 miles away (only 3 in the whole Northeast and, allegedly, none of them "available" for a swap). Dave & James Patrick, who helped make the swap happen, despite the vehicle I wanted being "unavailable". More

We had such a good experience with that purchase that we returned when my daughter was looking to get a used car to take to college. My "old team" of Todd and Jeff were, again, extremely friendly, helpful, and patient, and worked really hard to find us the right car at the right price for us. Although we worked primarily with Todd and Jeff, everyone at the dealership was polite, friendly, and helpful. More

Upgraded my 15 Outback from Patrick to a 17 Outback all because of a heated steering wheel for my wife. The one thing my wife was missing in her Outback that she had in her Toureg (also leased from the all because of a heated steering wheel for my wife. The one thing my wife was missing in her Outback that she had in her Toureg (also leased from the Patrick's) was a heated steering wheel. The 17 Outback Touring edition has it and other features (lane keep for one) available! They made it very easy, I got a very fair deal, great car, and best of all have a very happy wife! I drive out there for service and have always been more than satisfied, I would not consider doing business anywhere else! More

My Third Subaru from Patrick I started out with Patrick buying a used 2011 Subaru Legacy for my daughter....We were so impressed with the car and the whole buying experience that I started out with Patrick buying a used 2011 Subaru Legacy for my daughter....We were so impressed with the car and the whole buying experience that my wife purchased a 2015 Forrester from Patrick Subaru. I was so impressed with the ease, quality and assurance that I purchased a new 2015 Outback from Patrick Subaru. Bar none, this is the best dealer experience I have ever had from a car dealership. Todd, John, Luke and Adam were great in all my purchases/service and have made me a dedicated Subaru owner. P.S. The service center is also great as well as my daughter took her Legacy in for an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership is clean, the waiting area is clean and nice and I must admit the service is superb. I highly recommend this dealership and they have made me a loyal Subaru owner and made me feel like I am part of the Patrick family!!!! Keep up the GREAT work guys!!!! More

This is my second purchase of a Subaru from Patrick Motors. We had an unusual situation where I was looking to trade in two vehicles (a 2004 Honda CR-V and a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport) and purc Motors. We had an unusual situation where I was looking to trade in two vehicles (a 2004 Honda CR-V and a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport) and purchase one new car. Throughout the entire process, Patrick Subaru offered the best trade-in value on BOTH vehicles, provided written quotes on a new Subaru Outback that we were considering, included a higher than average AAA discount and, in the end, earned my business over the local Honda dealers. No one played games, and there was no high-pressure sales tactics. Both Nate and Todd provided excellent customer service both during and after we purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering a new AWD vehicle, and we are very happy with our brand new 2013 Subaru Outback. More

I moved up to MA from out of state, and Patrick Subaru made everything so smooth and painless that I was pretty much able to just walk in, sign, and drive off with the car. They were even able to make sure that the car had real MA license plates (not dealer plates) to put on for when I arrived. If or when I buy another Subaru, I will definitely go back to Patrick Subaru. More

Tri made purchasing my new car an absolute pleasure - and considering I live nearly 200 miles away, that's saying something! All of my concerns about purchasing a vehicle from out of state quickly went away considering I live nearly 200 miles away, that's saying something! All of my concerns about purchasing a vehicle from out of state quickly went away once I started working with Tri and staff at Patrick Subaru. I honestly couldn't be happier with my transaction. From start to finish it was clear that I was working with people who genuinely cared about doing a good job and took pride in the work they do. In particular, Tri was responsible for such a positive experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various ( sometimes subtle ) aspects of an out of sate purchase. Tri was also very receptive to my fairly unique situation and clearly dedicated a considerable amount of time to making sure everything went smooth. I found it very refreshing to encounter a dealership that took me seriously from the very beginning and treated me like I lived next door - even though I was literally a 'virtual customer' until Tri picked me up at the bus station ( thanks again BTW ). Beyond that, I also was amazed that Todd was able to offer me an impossibly low price on a ( currently ) impossible to find car. Yet another example of a dealership with a staff that is aiming to please and is willing to take the time to do things right. Thanks, Chris More
