Todd was an amazing help to us. He answered all our questions, but we didn't feel any sales pressure from him, which is what I like. Ed Martin was our first stop the day we were shopping for a car for questions, but we didn't feel any sales pressure from him, which is what I like. Ed Martin was our first stop the day we were shopping for a car for my daughter. We went several other places and then returned in the afternoon to work with Todd and purchase the first car we drove. I mentioned my head hurt because we had been car shopping all day and not stopped to eat so he brought us lunch leftovers from their break room! Todd really went above and beyond in service. He even had a spare key made for us before we picked up the car so I didn't have to deal with that later. We bought the car before it had been through the service department and Ed Martin still did almost $1100 worth of service to the car before delivering it to us all shined up and with a full tank of gas. You can be sure when I am ready to replace my own car with a Honda in a year or so I will be looking up Todd at Ed Martin! More
