Professional, timely, no-upsell service I always appreciate a service staff that realizes their primary function is to handle the servicing of my vehicle, and not to up-sell me services I do I always appreciate a service staff that realizes their primary function is to handle the servicing of my vehicle, and not to up-sell me services I don't need or try and upgrade parts on my vehicle to help boost a bonus. I have had quite a few services performed by the staff at Circle Infiniti, I mostly deal with Todd Rovinsky, who seems to know this business better than anyone I've ever encountered. He is always polite, always willing to review the charges and never pushes me into additional items. I have also had the pleasure of working with Ann and Pamela, who are perfectly pleasant, and did a fine job helping me as well. I would recommend servicing your vehicle there anytime! More

Great Service! I had extra time so I went to dealership with out an appointment to get my oil changed. I wasn't sure what to expect....I was so pleased that the st I had extra time so I went to dealership with out an appointment to get my oil changed. They squeezed me in and I was done in no time :) Ann & Todd were so sweet and even offered me coffee and a bagel. Overall it was a great experience-quick and painless.
