Service Experience I usually receive exceptional customer service each and every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I have a tendency of gravitating towards a young lady buy the name of Ann Marie Trapani. This morning, I arrived earlier than expected and Ms. Trapani did arrive until after I departed. A Mr. Todd Rovinsky assisted me and was exceptionally helpful. He phoned me periodically providing me with updates and made the overall process painless. Upon my return to pick up my vehicle, Ms. Trapani was not in and she picked up where Mr. Rovinsky left off. Exceptional service!!! My overall experience was a favorable one working with these two individuals. More
