I recently bought a certified used 2021 Highlander, with warranty. After less than 3,800 miles the brakes were bad. They say it's my fault. We've had 3 cars services at Brent Brown Toyota over the past 15 y warranty. After less than 3,800 miles the brakes were bad. They say it's my fault. We've had 3 cars services at Brent Brown Toyota over the past 15 years, and have never had a brake issue. I'm very disappointed that I had to pay almost $300 for something that is obviously their fault. Maybe I don't understand what "Certified Used" means, or what the warranty covers after only 3800 miles and 6 months of ownership. More

Good job overall, although the door edge guards that were supposed to be installed with our other dealer-install accessories were not installed. I had to come back and request that again, even though we'd pa supposed to be installed with our other dealer-install accessories were not installed. Everyone that I have done business with and dealt with at Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, Utah has been great. Todd was great to work with. Nate was easy to deal with great person that handled the financing, the used car sales manager, Daniel great and handled a lot of stuff approved some work that needed to be done after the purchase date that I didn’t notice when I was purchasing the vehicle and even though the vehicle was purchased as is, and I did purchase a service contract there was an item that the service contract wouldn’t cover because it would’ve been considered pre-existing and Daniel approved the Repair for that after the fact and he didn’t have to and that was an expensive part I think it was like a $900 part that he approved the purchase of a car with an as is so great. I definitely hope that when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, they have the vehicle that I’m looking for so that I can go there and purchase it with confidence again thank you very much guys.
