Worst Service Department. Keeps my vehicle a month before even looking at it! The worst part this is not the first time this has happened. Each time I bring my truck in there Keeps my vehicle a month before even looking at it! The worst part this is not the first time this has happened. Each time I bring my truck in there it takes weeks just sitting there, while I can be driving it until they find the time to even look it, and then after they call with what the leak is or whatever it takes another week or 2 just to fix it. I will NEVER bring my truck back there for any reason!! More

They had my truck for a transmission issue. They finally told me what it was going to take to fix it, it also has a recall that was no charge to me. After a week I called and that's when they r They finally told me what it was going to take to fix it, it also has a recall that was no charge to me. After a week I called and that's when they realized that they forgot to order a part. When the parts finally got there and they replaced the sensors I was notified that it was completed with the exception of the recall issue, and that would require they keep the vehicle another day because the first 16 days wasn't enough time for them to do the work that didn't pay anything. They did however discount me 22 bucks off of my 2,000 dollar bill. Had my truck 16 days, bent my exhaust pipe, claimed they did a multi point inspection and everything was good, I know they didn't because a couple things were checked as good and they are not. Would not recommend reiselmen Ford to anyone. They are pirates More
