Bought a great used F-150 from Reiselman Ford. I have taken My car here 3 times. Every time there was an issue. I would suggest if there is something you can have done elsewhere. PLEASE DO! It will save you some frustration in the long run. My last aggravation with them after a 2-week appointment for 2 New back tires and my collision sensor diagnosed. They called me after I dropped off my car and said I needed to leave my car 2-3 days for the diagnostic. I said go ahead and change tires. They called me back and said they forgot to order the tires. Thats my cue after 3 services and 3 issues that this dealership is not for me. After talking to many people about Reislman service department. I would have to suggest that maybe there is some dishonesty about the good reviews they have posted. (Good Luck on your next service.) More
