I had gone to another dealership to try to buy a new ram. I had a horrible experience so I was done looking. Ray approached me randomly and asked if I was looking, I laughed and said actually I am. I followed Todd to Four Stars from a big name dealership in the area and I couldn’t be more happier. Chance was super helpful when it came to answering questions about my new car. He even did some behind the scenes work for me prior to picking up my new vehicle. Tyler Fritze, in the service department, was super helpful as well. I didn’t need anything done today with buying a new car but he answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable in all areas! Sam in finance was top notch! I added some warranty packages so he typed it all in the computer, I signed a few papers and I was out in less than 10 mins!!! Thanks to everyone!!! More
