From the first hello, John Keefe made the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was no high pressure tactics to “buy now, today” and he knew what he was selling. I was so impressed that I called him after getting back home to see if he could locate a Gladiator in the color and model I was interested in. He not only found one in the color (Sarge Green) I was looking for but the exact model and options I wanted. And he had it located by the next day.
