I went to several competing dealerships to drive other SUVs. For our price range Volvo was the most engaging and comfortable to drive. This was the best Volvo Suv purchase I have ever had. Thank you to the amazing David as well with being so thorough. He work out some kinks quickly and efficiently. I am thankful for the whole team effort, getting my 2024 Volvo XC90 T8 ready for me. I took my car to this location for the 40k maintenance. At the appointment I was told one of my tires had different tread marks and would need to be changed, as well as an alignment was needed. I accepted the techs advice only to learn that it was not a necessary change. Less than a week later my light comes on for tire pressure on a different tire. I reached out to inquire about it and receive a barrage of texts explaining how it’s not their fault. Beware they don’t give sound advice and nothing is ever their fault. Furthermore, they’re giving advice on tires; but not fully checking all of the tires. I spent $600 additional on the new tire for a tire that did not need to be replaced. And now I actually have a tire that needs replacing; that they failed to notice during their so called inspection. And their complimentary car wash is terrible. More
