What a run around Daniel gave us. Was overcharged for an oil change that was supposed to include a tire rotation, but didn't get. Was promised a call back from the Manager JOSH HOKE to resolve the issue and never got a call. Things that were discussed at closing time for the purchase of car were not followed through. Texting customers is UNPROFESSIONAL when things need to be discussed. When you ask for someone to call you, and YOU still have to call them. Management is very unprofessional and non compliant. All the texts from MULTIPLE #,s I have as proof for discussions that were made, will be going to an attorney if these issues are not addressed. Matt is very unprofessional!!! We put gas in loaner, and they returned my car on EMPTY!! I could go on and on. More

Horrible car buying experience. Bad communication with unreturned phone calls and emails. They were dishonest about paperwork and information about what was wrong with the vehicle. Servicing of vehicle took over a week when originally told less since the parts were in stock. Lots of red flags in hindsight that I shouldn’t have ignored. Salesman called to check in after purchase and said he would assist in finding resolution to some of the open issues only to never hear from them again. More

I have always bought cars from Laird Noller. This is number 5 to be exact. Bought this sonata hybrid brand new. Drove it 100,036 miles and had a hybrid system malfunction light turn on. Took it This is number 5 to be exact. Bought this sonata hybrid brand new. Drove it 100,036 miles and had a hybrid system malfunction light turn on. Took it in and they charge me $190 diagnostics fee with the statement it was my 12 volt battery. Replaced it and spent $600. Two weeks go by and the same thing happen “hybrid system malfunction”. I have it towed to the dealer and schedule an appointment that they have to look up by my phone number. The day I have it scheduled for an appointment at 7am, I finally call them at 12:00pm. They tell me they tried to call me and rattle off a phone number that is not mine. They proceed to tell me that it’s $190 for them to tell me it’s going to take 9 more hours at $190/hr to even tell me what may be the problem. I ask if there’s anything that can be done since the first time I brought it in, I was 36 miles outside of the warranty. I get a call from the general manager stating they are competitive with other service areas and there’s nothing that they can do and if I want to look into it I have to pay the $1700. They have had my loyalty for over 15 years. I’ll never buy a car or have any serviced there ever again. More
