A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN MY VEHICLE HAD UNDER 25OOO MILE AND WAS IN WARRANTY WENT IN TO SEE THE ASST GENERAL MGR "SAM" SAM SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT . GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SCOTT SEDLAC 25OOO MILE AND WAS IN WARRANTY WENT IN TO SEE THE ASST GENERAL MGR "SAM" SAM SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT . GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SCOTT SEDLACEK THE SERVICE MGR AT ETTLESON. HE SAID THEY ARE EREFUNDING HALF OF THE CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE' IM SATISFIED More

SUPER DEALERSHIP!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Hyundai offers a GREAT product at a GREAT price and it has America's BEST warranty, so why not look at that product? It was the best move I ever made Hyundai offers a GREAT product at a GREAT price and it has America's BEST warranty, so why not look at that product? It was the best move I ever made! You couldn't give me a GM, Ford or Chrysler, and Toyota, Honda and Nissan DON'T have vehicles with such design and a kick-xxx warranty. I went to a Chrysler dealership to see the new Fords and they had a mat under the car! I said, "Everyone knows that Ford products are GARBAGE and leak oil, but even when they are NEW? Daaaaaaammnn!!!!!!!!!!" More

I called last month for pricing on a tune up & oil change for my 2005 Santa Fe. I gave my # & was told I would be called back with the info. No one called back. Tried again today with the same resu change for my 2005 Santa Fe. I gave my # & was told I would be called back with the info. No one called back. Tried again today with the same results. No probem. I will take my business elsewhere. I received a call this morning & the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. More

I was having mileage issues with my Sonata Hybrid and contacted the dealer where I bought the car (OHare Hyundai). They told me (without seeing the car) That ther was nothing wrong with it. I then contac contacted the dealer where I bought the car (OHare Hyundai). They told me (without seeing the car) That ther was nothing wrong with it. I then contacted Hyundai corporate and Tod called me and set up an appointment. He went out of his way to check the car and worked with my wife and I to understand the issues and worked with us to understand the systems and how they worked. Tod is great If you looking for a Hyundai or need service go to Ettelson (avoid the other guy!!!) More
