Todd found the car we were looking for at a Lexus dealership in Phoenix and made the arrangements for it to be shipped to Tucson and he remained focused on our needs and the delivery of the vehicle throughout the sales process. TODD & JENNIFER this morning were extremely AWFUL TO PUT it lightly !!!! I called about a car I want to purchase and this Todd guy could not find who I spoke with last week. So he proceeded to talk over me in a very rude tone and not let me speak so I asked him if I could speak to a different salesperson and he said he has been there 15 years and he says maam I am trying to help u here rudely and finally he said hey Jennifer will you help this lady she says I have an attitude , I then hear Jennifer say this lady is crazy hang up on her. So they then hung up on me. I hope the owner who runs this dealership records the phone calls and can hear how they are treating and talking to potential customers ! This is appalling behavior and unfortunately this behavior is now accepted these days in this fallen world. I would highly recommend looking at other dealerships for your car purchases , with SO many options now , you can find places who want to sell and who WILL treat you WITH respect and kindness at the same time !! This place and the two people ‘ Todd and Jennifer ‘. Should be getting some help on how they interact with people who are calling to spend their money with them and pay their pay checks. . Truly astonishing. This is a sad world we have are living in with people like these two who don’t know how to behave and speak with respect and kindness and are in this line of work where those things are pretty important !!! I will call the manager later and let him know about this experience this morning. Cuz he should know these are the people selling his vehicles. The owner I might need to let know more so. I wouldn’t want these two working for me I know that much. More

I was having a hard time searching for a reliable, well taken care of used vehicle in Tucson. I was ready to give up and saw this Honda pilot at Royal Lexus, the car looked too clean to be true and I had t taken care of used vehicle in Tucson. I had was very impressed with the service Todd provided and couldn’t be happier!! Todd mentioned that Royal Lexus makes sure the car has been thoroughly inspected and reconditioned before it’s out for sale. I couldn’t believe how clean and well taken care of the pilot was for being a 2016. I have to say, Todd made my used car purchase very smooth and easy!
