Todd in the service dept got me a loaner.
My 2023 Sierra Denali was in their service dept for approximately 7 weeks waiting for a new engine to come in. Truck seems to be driving and running
My 2023 Sierra Denali was in their service dept for approximately 7 weeks waiting for a new engine to come in. Truck seems to be driving and running like new again. However I am still concerned that this catastrophic engine failure could happen again. GM needs to address the real issues with their v8 and fix these motors properly.

The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/yea

I really like this dealership but was dissapointed with the charge on this visit.

Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra
truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. The truck neede

They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Not Happy with GM itself for the quality of this truck, but at least the dealership is trying to make it right. Hope the truck is as good as new when I get it back? Really glad the dealership gave me a loaner without any problems.
