I had gone in for service on a 14 year old Ford Escape. I told the tec I would buy a 2024 Ford Escape if the body style was the same as 2010. He said why don't you look at the Ford Bronco. Went and got a cup of coffee from service desk on them. Went ouside and here set a few Ford Bronco sitting there. I looked at the sticker and thought ok. Saw a sand colored one. One of the salesmen came up. We chatted about the bell and whistles. Another customer came up and we all started chatting. He had a full size Bronco. But had rented the Bronco Sport. He was a good endorsement for it. I went home, told my husband. Came back and brought the sand color Ford Bronco the same day and came home with it. Sales crew was great, greek tex great with Ford pass. I am very happy with this. We have brought 4 cars in passed at Charles Gabus, this makes 5. Have used service department and happy there too. The detail shop did a very poor job of cleaning. The rear seat belts were covered in dust that then cover the seat when pulled out. Brand NEW Ford Escape from the best Ford Dealership in town! We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what they had on their used lot. That's when both Todd and Sean helped us by showing used vehicles but also a brand new Escape they had on their lot. After test driving it, my daughter fell in love with the way it handled, all of the amenities and Ford quality. Todd and Sean made it super easy as he made us an incredible offer that rivaled other dealer's used car prices. I rarely buy such large ticket items "on the spot" without thinking them over but this deal was too good to pass up and we decided to purchase the vehicle right as the dealership was closing for the evening. The entire staff never made a fuss and processed our new car sale well past an hour after they closed. Todd, Brenda and Sean could not have been more accommodating during the entire process. And after we bought the vehicle, a service technician spent another 30 minutes going over the entire vehicle and answering all of our questions.
