Waited too long to check in car while watching two guys talk on the telephone. Probably waited about 20 minutes. Then, waited 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Price was right, service was professional and friendly. There were a few issues that became apparent when we arrived to pick up the vehicle but the dealership quickly resolved them by REPLACING the defecti There were a few issues that became apparent when we arrived to pick up the vehicle but the dealership quickly resolved them by REPLACING the defective components. No duct tape’n zip ties, 100% real fix. They even had to order some parts, which they overnighted, and scheduled the repair at my convenience. All at no additional cost to myself and all repairs were completed in a timely manner so I wasn’t waiting all day without my vehicle. Every time I expected them to argue about an issue, they didn’t. They just fixed it. No fuss. 5/5 will recommend. How a business (or person for that matter) handles a problem says more about them than how they act when things go right and Barry Sanders Supercenter (and staff) are fantastic. More

I have multiple complaints about the sale of this car. It showed a low front tire on driver's side. I asked if it had a slow leak? I was told no they just forgot to put air in. If this car was on the lot for a day it would have gone down. I had to have tire fixed. It took from 8/19/24 to 9/19/24 for them to give me the title. Today I discovered the line for the windshield washer had been cut. When I first tried to use it nothing happened. I looked and the resivor was empty. I bought and added fluid thinking they should have checked fluids? When it still didn't work I looked closer and the line had been cut. More
