Todd was able to give me fair pricing for a vehicle that I was looking to purchase. He gave me time to think on the purchase without pressure. Chris, co-worker of Todd, was extremely helpful answering the “seal the deal” questions that my wife had and made sure that everyone was happy with the vehicle before paperwork was completed! Chris went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle met our needs and really provided a helpful pleasant atmosphere! Once all questions were answered, papers signed, we walked out of there the proud new owners of a Jeep! Thank you Todd for being very fair and thank you Chris for putting in the extra effort to complete the sale! More

Updating my previous review from 1 star to 4. The general manager reached out to me and really tried to help make the previous negative situation better. I ended up with a newer vehicle. It is very nice to have a general manager who will take customers seriously and also try to manage the relationship side. Some of the management here needs to pay attention and take note of this (reason for the 4 stars and not 5). Both sales reps (Todd and Landon) were very good and helpful. Finance guy is probably the most laid back, no pressure, finance person I have dealt with out of the dozen or so i have met. I will be coming back and very glad this turned positive. More

Our sales person was very pleasant and helpful but was not very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Santa Fe that we purchased. I was extremely disappointed with the offer we received for our existing vehicle not very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Santa Fe that we purchased. I was extremely disappointed with the offer we received for our existing vehicle as a trade-in. After much research into the trade-in value, the offer was several thousand below what I expected. I kept the vehicle and had multiple offers from dealers in Denton at the amount I expected. Unfortunately, it cost extra tax as I did not complete the trade-in at the time the Hyundai was purchased. Further more, the car did not have floor mats as I would expect on a virtually new car. I was offered carpeted mats to be sent to me but after 2 weeks I have not seen them. Hopefully they will still arrive. I am extremely pleased with the Hyundai so I am able to give a satisfactory review. More
