I came into the service department because I was losing air in my tire. They inspected the tire and was able to salvage with a patch up instead of having to spend over $100 on a new tire. Most confusing car purchase i have ever done. Salesman Tyler was knowledgeable and effective, It was down hill from there, the finance man was rude and condescending. I don't feel he adequately explained the numbers at all. I had to ask him for my bill of sale and other papers, he was sending me home empty handed. When car arrived from Jim Butler Centralia mo...the A/C wasn't working. There was no freon and this is a new car. I'm sure many people had been involved with this car at this point and no one knew it was 90 degrees plus... So a courier brought it to the house after it was fixed, when he took dealer plates off, there were no temp tags ( could this be the responsibility of fiance guy, i think so) so courier had to go back to dealership to get such tags. So that is the explanation why they got such a low rating. More

Our experience was very pleasant, the guys we dealt with were excellent and knew their jobs well ( Michael, Tj & I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name we signed paperwork with). They explained everything were excellent and knew their jobs well ( Michael, Tj & I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name we signed paperwork with). They explained everything and made sure to answer all our questions and we understood. And Michael handled my husband well who can be a negative Nancy at times lol. I liked the idea that they run the numbers first and said this is what you can afford and gave us a couple of choices. We didn't feel like the car prices were ballooned and unaffordable. We are definitely recommending Jim Butler when showing off our new car. More
