At my last appointment visit, I took my 2013 Lexus ES350 in for routine care, and ended up leaving the dealership with one of my dream cars: a 2016 Red Lexus IS350. I went to the dealership with the title for my paid off ES350 before leaving with my newer vehicle. I know that the offer for my excellent condition ES350 was a bit of a lowball considering that it was the most well-equipped 2013 ES350, but it’s a learning lesson/experience and 1 time deal. I don’t regret the purchase of my 2016 Lexus IS350, even though it doesn’t have all of the features I had with my ES350. More
