Tito was absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with. He answered every question. Let me know the cars progress in the shop. This was our 25 year old son’s birthday present. (Had been in a wreck) Tito put the car in our driveway while we were at dinner. Keys inside a birthday box. A little Thompson swag bag. This is how you get lifetime customers. It was all his idea. Please ask for Tito. The best dealer I have ever had the privilege of working with. Found car online. Price out the door was the same price to the penny as advertised. Car came with list of repairs that had been made in shop. (It was well used) a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty. The paperwork was easy and ready for me. Tom, the Finance Manager was wonderful. I’ve been to a lot of dealers, bought a lot of cars, but I have never been treated as well as I was at Thompson Sales. Extra special? Not a single person asked if, My husband needed to come in, see it, approve it, yes this still happens on 2025. So women, this is your go to dealer. Great experience. More

Completely wasted my time after keeping me waiting for weeks on a new denali 3500 truck. I had waited 2 maybe 3 weeks while they shipped in a truck for me. After stringing me along all that time we got to the end after I sent them insurance information and was waiting on them to send me wiring info. They went Ghost mode and pretended it was a mistake that they sold the truck to someone else. Dont deal with this unbelievable clown show dealership buy from someone not trying to pull a bait and switch. More
