Everyone at the dealership was helpful. There was just some confusion as to when they would issue me a check. I was first old I would get it when I picked up my new car. Then when I pick There was just some confusion as to when they would issue me a check. I was first old I would get it when I picked up my new car. Then when I picked up my car I was told it would be mailed to me. I was supposed to meet them at the Jeep dealership to return my old vehicle and when I called to confirm our meeting time I was told that they already returned the vehicle. Then the Jeep dealership called me and said they found my car on the lot w/the keys in it and did not know how it got there. I loved that they registered the car for me, but it would have been nice if they went over the vehicle functions either when I picked up the car or when I went back for the plates. I had to go a third time to meet with someone (who was great) to go over how things worked. More
