Prompt, efficient and excellent service. Excellent Servvice We took our 2014 Forester in for it's 52,500 mile service. Also had a couple of questions. Tish Perkins took good care of us. When Trey Leggett contacted m I have been a Subaru owner since 1998. This is the third Subaru for my family, the last two from Casey in Newport News. When Trey Leggett contacted me about trading in my 2012 Subaru, I was not interested, but I wanted the new technology. After meeting with Trey and working out a good deal, I signed over my car and rode out in a 2018 Subaru. Trey was patient and willing to meet my request in the purchase. Due to the excellent service, I have used this Casey for years and will continue to do for my car health checks. More

Excellent Service I brought my new Forester in for my 1st appointment and I met with Holly and Tish. As usual Subaru, provided the kind of service that I have come to I brought my new Forester in for my 1st appointment and I met with Holly and Tish. Tish set my car up on a maintenance schedule while Holly walked me through all of the new technology on my car that I had not quite adjusted to yet. Both of these ladies did a great job!
