I bought my first MB from them way back when they were on 3rd St & Indian School Rd. I just bought my most recent MB from them last month. PS this is not my place but I must say to the person who paid "8.6% interest", that sounds like sales tax, but if not, who buys anything on credit let alone an expensive automobile without knowing ahead of time what the interest rate will be?! If you are that in the dark perhaps your credit sucks and you dont know that either. More

Awful Dealership!! I have purchased many automobiles from many dealerships for over fifty years, This is the WORSE automobile purchase I have ever experienced. To briefly summarize my main issues, I was tric many dealerships for over fifty years, This is the WORSE automobile purchase I have ever experienced. To briefly summarize my main issues, I was tricked into an extended warranty and a maintenance contract that I did not need!!! I purchased a certified Mercedes Benz with four years left on the factory warranty!! I had no need for an extended warranty costing me $4,000.00 and did not want to spend $2,160.00 for a two year maintenance contract!! The finance manager, at no time in the process of my interaction with him, mention that I would be paying an extra $6,160,00. I did not know that until he printed out the contract!! At which time he stated that I had to accept that contract and the protocol was to cancel the warranty and maintenance contract. He stated that the monthly payments would stay the same, but my principal balance would be lowered. I canceled the warranty and maintenance contract the next day. The finance manager told me that he would cancel the warranty and maintenance contract immediately. Three months later nothing has been done! I still owe the same balance. I have spent three months of having that dealership give me the run around, lie to me and I truly feel this is harassment because of my legal right to cancel the unnecessary warranty and maintenance contract!! This is not the customer service of a reputable Mercedes Benz dealership, rather I was treated no different than if I had gone to a dusty corner used car lot!! More

After my initial in-person contact with Tino and after taking the weekend test drive and after making my decision to buy the car of my choice, he made it very efficient for me to work through all the necessary paperwork via email and all I had to do is walk in and sign and then drive off in my new car. He worked very diligently getting me the best bang for my buck. Tino is one of the most experienced top-end sales persons that I have ever bought a car from.
