Very dissatisfied with this dealership. No communication at all. I have had problems with this dealership before when I had a problem. Said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car s No communication at all. I have had problems with this dealership before when I had a problem. Said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car so took it to Dave Hallmans in Erie, Pennsylvania for a second opinion and they found the problem right away. Another problem no availability of a loaner car. I was without my vehicle for a week and had to cancel and reschedule appointments for several doctors. Had to hire someone to take me to the grocery store. Totally not happy. More
