It started when I met Scott Steinberg (General Manager) who gave me a warm greeting and showed me the different options I had as far as buying a 2014 or 2015 new vehicle. There was never any pressure or fancy sale pitches, just courteous and sensible guidance (within reach of my budget) to make up my own mind.
