I recently had a problem with the the service schedulers at Ciocca Volkswagen. I had a warning light appear on my dash of my 2019 Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be some type of engine malfunction wa at Ciocca Volkswagen. I had a warning light appear on my dash of my 2019 Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be some type of engine malfunction warning. I was advised not to drive the car until it was serviced. The schedulers gave me an appointment for two weeks in the future. I said that couldn’t I have an appointment sooner as I would have no transportation for that period of time. They basically said no. I suggested that they talk with the Service Department. After about 10 minutes they finally did contact the Service Manager and were able to get an appointment for me in two business days. This definitely is not an indication that as their advertising suggests that customers are their priority. More

Not happy with them anymore. Liked this dealership from a previous sale. This was going to be our 3rd new car purchased from them. My daughter was looking for a new car that was Liked this dealership from a previous sale. This was going to be our 3rd new car purchased from them. My daughter was looking for a new car that was advertised on their website with a price listed. Looked at that specific car and when we worked up the numbers they tacked on an additional $2,000 over the MSRP listed on the website. . I think that they thought that we weren’t smart enough to work up the numbers to see it. So disappointing !! When it was questioned they said all of the R lines are being sold at a premium even though this was the VIN that was advertised. All we wanted them to do was honor the price they advertised. Nothing like discouraging a young buyer who loves VWs and would have had many future purchases with your company. We will find an honest dealer. More
