Tina helped my very first service experience at Nye VW in Rome to go absolutely perfect! She was so above and beyond helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. If she didn’t know an answer to a question, she’d ask someone there that did know. She was never condescending or made me feel uncomfortable in any way. I appreciated her kindness and attention to detail with my first VW vehicle. I am definitely going to go back to her. Nye VW has a gem with Tina. Tina was great, got the part I needed and got it done same day. She kept me posted throughout the day and had to do some extra work to get the part for my car from another dealer.
