Drove 10 plus hours to pickup purchased truck. Also ordered a cover for the bed. The truck was not exactly as described ( very poor pdi work on body.) The used car manager unwilling to work with me to make right. The cover I had order was ford factory cover, when they received it the did not pay attention that it had already been opened. I planned to install it on site as I needed dry storage for luggage on travel home. Hardware was missing. The parts mgr says sorry not sure what I can do… One week one day later nothing from them. I could go on that it took them almost 6 hours to complete the deal, sure I could have walked but they would not give my cashiers check back for at least 15 days per the used car mgr. Don’t do business with them. More
