Tim was amazing He took thr dime to show me how everything operates and set up CarPlay systems. Everyone at the dealership was most helpful and welcoming, especially Tims wife, Gave the dealershi everything operates and set up CarPlay systems. But Tim jumped in and got it taken care of right away. My friend tried buying a car from Jenkins Hyundai in Leasburg and found them rude and high pressure. The sales manager on duty was rude to us and and at one point suggested that we leave. Once someone else got involved, we were able to move forward and were eventually able to come to an agreement on a n point suggested that we leave. Once someone else got involved, we were able to move forward and were eventually able to come to an agreement on a new car. We really liked working with Tim. I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a new car. More

The guys were great except the Manager. says one thing does another and leaves.we told him we wanted a $450 payment max and if not we were leaving..he preceded to tell us it would be $458 wi says one thing does another and leaves.we told him we wanted a $450 payment max and if not we were leaving..he preceded to tell us it would be $458 with everything we had as far as extended warranty,gap insurance and tax and tags and our down payment wad $4,900 after our trade in.well we got to Rocky and he asked us did we want an extended warranty and gap insurance.the Manager gave Rocky a total different scenario & left for the night leaving us with no other option because we couldn't get ahold of him and they already had us sign paperwork..we were leaving before he Even entered the picture and that's some unethical traits for your so called Manager.no our payments are $535 which is $85 more then our maximum we wanted..I don't think it's right that we have to pay this $85 every month extra because some persons unethical shadiness and to top it off he didn't even stay to face what he did..he told Tim to put it under a new car purchase and use such and such program keep everything the same with the certified Vehicle warranty and the gap and the down payment tax and tags $4,900 down payment out the door...there loyal customers we don't want them to leave. so we agreed and then tim told us give me a few minutes Rocky will get paperwork ready ..15 minutes went by and Tim got us and Rocky had the paperwork that wasn't what we agreed on 15 minutes ago & he said this is what Jeremy gave me and he said he left for the night and I can't get ahold of him. My husband is on disability and in a wheelchair how does he think that Even write to do to someone who is on a fixed income.it doesn't matter if I have a good job or not it's not right for him to do to anyone and we can only imagine how many people he does that to and them take that payment anyway because he is not a Man of his word. Sylvia & Brian Zolk I would like Someone from Hyundai to Contact us back because we're not happy with what he did and we didn't know who to contact but if not we will Contact the media and the ADA advocate that my husband uses. More
