The dealership is great but the salesman, Adrien was deplorable. His customer service skills are extremely lacking. He looks like he just stepped out of bed and went to work. His sales tactics are slime deplorable. His customer service skills are extremely lacking. He looks like he just stepped out of bed and went to work. His sales tactics are slimey. He had no problems taking advantage of a young adult with very little car buying experience. Did not help in fixing the issues with the vehicle. Thankfully 2 separate mangers stepped in (Tim and another gentleman). Fixed the issues in 5 minutes and we left satisfied. Follow through with the entire sales process Adrien. Until the customer is satisfied continue to help. And do not partronize the customer with idiotic statements like “you got the best deal so I don’t know what to tell you.” More

Customers for over 10 years. Cassie goes above and beyond for customer service. We had a big repair and she explained all of it to us. A delight to work with. Smart cookie. While waiting for repair, we ended up buying a new car from Leo Torres. Great salesman.! Honest and very knowledgeable. Professional . Personable. Answered all our questions. Felt very comfortable purchasing through him. Have already recommended him to people we know looking for a new car. More

Every time I’m at DeLuca Toyota Service Center, I’m always greeted with a smile, want to know what I’m in for, I tell them what the problem is, and we’re off. They let me know when the car is ready, an always greeted with a smile, want to know what I’m in for, I tell them what the problem is, and we’re off. Cirri Pierce, service advisor, was very helpful. She came over to where we were sitting many times to let us know how the work was progressing.
