For example, she explained the features of our Defender and the extended warranty in detail. Our purchase was a custom order, and Leslie and the team ensured we stayed in the loop through the entire build and transportation process. Leslie also presented me with a dozen red roses during vehicle delivery! This was such a nice surprise. All members of the Royal Land Rover Team, with whom we interacted, are also top notch. More
