Damaged my brand new truck, 2 months later and 2 attempts, can't fix the door panel. parts dept ordered the wrong panel the first time, then tried to patch it up because they can't figure out the tr attempts, can't fix the door panel. parts dept ordered the wrong panel the first time, then tried to patch it up because they can't figure out the trim on my truck. now its loose and flopping around. Made an appt at 5:30pm to look at a specific truck, arrived at dealership and they were surprised to see me, didn't have car ready, took 40min while I sat and waited then car didn't have gas in it to t arrived at dealership and they were surprised to see me, didn't have car ready, took 40min while I sat and waited then car didn't have gas in it to test drive it. Salesman left to go get gas but didn’t even tell us he was leaving. So I left. Not sure why they hand out $5 gift cards if you arrive on time for your appt, they should just offer better service and value customers time. There was a teamwork poster on the wall but I didn't see any teamwork, just lots of workers all standing around not helping my salesman make my experience more fluid. Why not have someone get car ready for my arrival, fill gas tank while they appraise my car? They have a great selection, but horrible service. More

Do not trust this dealership with your business! Their advertised on line prices are no where near accurate as they apply every rebate possible to lure you in. Later, you will find most of those rebates advertised on line prices are no where near accurate as they apply every rebate possible to lure you in. Later, you will find most of those rebates will not apply. Do not trust the, "Price for Everyone" or "Do You Live In Ohio, They You Qualify" tag lines! I settled in with a price which the online manager accepted. A few hours later she replied that the Jeep Grand Cherokee had just been sold to someone else. I visited the dealer website several times in the following weeks. Low and behold that exact Jeep was still available! Very dishonest people! I sent a letter to the owner because I wanted to first give them an opportunity to respond. No reply... My business obviously meant nothing to them and neither does yours! BUYER BEWARE More

Awesome experience I just purchased my 5th vehicle from this dealership. And all I have to say is that I have yet to have a bad experience. The sales staff, service staff and parts staff always treat me well, and get things done the right way, the best way and the correct way. Lip Service 10/19/17 I'm having a nightmare of a time. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk brand new 2 years ago; my first new car! Drove it away feeling grea 10/19/17 I'm having a nightmare of a time. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk brand new 2 years ago; my first new car! Drove it away feeling great about my purchase but present day I have taken it in for at least 12 warranty repairs! The last Whopper, my transmission went out, making my car inoperable, stuck in the middle of an intersection at a traffic light. Nobody at this dealer thinks this is as alarming as I do. I'm blessed as I was on my way to work and 3 of MY coworkers pushed me down the road into the parking lot to get towed to Progressive later. Everytime I took my car to Progressive for warranty work, my car was flashed and my car drove worse and worse. Now I'm being told it's a Fiat and being told the transmission problem is not a transmission problem when I know it is because I have now had to figure out how cars work because I can't rely on this dealer to tell the truth! Why can't they do the right thing and buy the faulty Fiat that has a Jeep logo back from me for what I bought it for?? Why do I have to pay for the faulty product that is no fault of mine?? I feel bamboozled and am being given the run around so I keep my money there. Do the right thing already so we can get on with our lives in a car that runs not from Progressive Dodge, Jeep, Ram. 11/1/17 Update: I feel like I'm stuck in a bad relationship. More

Paul answered all of our questions and was extremely informative about the Jeep. We both appreciated Paul's ability to not waste our time and help us purchase the Jeep we wanted. It was, as always, nice to see Tim Sanders. He also was able to make our buying experience a very friendly day. Friendly and accomodating My "Check Engine" Light came on in my 2009 Buick Enclave. I had recently purchased this used vehicle at this Masillon Dealership. I called Friday, and My "Check Engine" Light came on in my 2009 Buick Enclave. I had recently purchased this used vehicle at this Masillon Dealership. I called Friday, and they got me in on Monday. After inspection I was told that it was the Catalytic Converter which was not covered by my warranty. I was upset because I had just purchased the vehicle and the warranty. I had only driven it three times. Jay Johnson was the service representative I was working with, and he was so helpful. He reassured me that he was looking into it. In less than an hour, he had spoken with Owner Tim Sanders, and they were fixing my car at no cost and had a rental car for me to drive. I was very impressed with the responsibility they took for the car they sold me. It made me feel like I was part of a caring family. More
