Nice building. Decent cars. My wife has lost confidence in your dealership. We came to Volvo of Lisle about 3 months ago for a loss of oil. We got the run around for too long. This past week we have had in your dealership. We came to Volvo of Lisle about 3 months ago for a loss of oil. We got the run around for too long. This past week we have had enough. We were told they filled the oil, 3 quarts, and to watch it? I exploded! What bunch of xxxxxxxxx I did not just parachute in! You guys don’t want to fix the problem because it is going to cost you some money. We also paid for a certificate of exfra Coverage. Then you billed us $140.00 & change!!!!! What nerve you have! Completely unbelievable!! More

We are on vacation here in downtown Chicago and had our keyfob stolen. Both Tim (parts) and Haylea (service) assisted with the most profound customer service. They arranged a courtesy pick up, assisted our keyfob stolen. Both Tim (parts) and Haylea (service) assisted with the most profound customer service. Volvo of Lisle has Never Let Me Down I'm a loyal customer since 1996 when I bought my Volvo from Volvo of Lisle and I've been bringing it back for service ever since. The service staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go the extra mile to be sure that I'm satisfied. They are excellent listeners, too. When I have a problem I can't explain I'm always reassured and encouraged. The service techs are fabulous; they treat my car with loving care. Even though my car has seen some days, it still purrs like new because of all that good attention it receives. More
