Tim was super helpful! He let me know the things he thought I needed and didn't need out of my car report. They give you a wonderful list of all the things the car could have updated/fixed but they do thought I needed and didn't need out of my car report. They give you a wonderful list of all the things the car could have updated/fixed but they don't MAKE you do anything. Or even try to convince you unless they think it's something you really need. They helped me greatly with my recalls and tried to set me up with a car, but silly me had an expired license. He let me know that was super illegal. Oops. Got a new license the next day. Thanks Tim! My experience with the Granite Subaru service department was excellent. Tim, the service agent, clearly explained the work to be done, showing me pictures to indicate where the problems were.
