Hello Amy, I just had someone from maybe corporate reach out to me to talk about my experience. She was not aware of what happened and my experience but did mention "the folks at Hendrick were happy to have me come in". I find that hard to believe and just a general sales ploy. While I appreciate you responding on here and mean no offense to you I have nothing to say about my experience that hasn't already been said. There is a zero percent chance I will ever be back to your dealership, even if Adam Berman was fired. Which based on his customer service skills I think he needs to be. I would suggest maybe some sort of Customer service or empathy training for anyone else like him
