I chose to deal with the manager Matt after experiencing what I experienced with Tim. Things significantly improved. The vehicle eventually was purchased. There was a lack of respect permeated in the air at this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of overall disrespect leads me to have such an opinion. This was easily the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. More

After 2 weeks of trying to find the car I wanted I ended up here and it was so refreshing! I was not pressured into anything. The customer service was such a plus but to add to that they had the van I was l up here and it was so refreshing! I was not pressured into anything. The other vans I had looked at other dealerships were the same year make and model and not in as good of shape and were priced at least $400 over what I ended up getting mine for. I have already recommended this place to friends! More

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I found a car online. and called to see if it was available and it was. They changed my opinion of what a car dealer is like. I was the hyper skeptical customer believing all the stereotypes about used car dealers, after working with Matthew, I can tell you this predisposit I was the hyper skeptical customer believing all the stereotypes about used car dealers, after working with Matthew, I can tell you this predisposition was incorrect. He was honest, kind, Christian, and relatable. The cars we looked at were clean and in good working order. The price was not flexible, but it was very reasonable to begin with so how can I fault him for not budging on an already good price. All the cars I saw were state inspected, cleaned and detailed. We never felt any pressure. He allowed us to test drive alone. He allowed us to get a pre purchase inspection. He offered a extended warranty plan ( I declined but he was upfront about the process and I never felt pressured in anyway). Amber showed us financing options although I chose to pay cash for the car anyway. I would send anyone looking for a good used car to Auto city! More
