Monica, we understand how frustrating it can be to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time, especially while waiting for major repairs like a transmission replacement. Unfortunately, GM does not offer courtesy transportation outside of the bumper-to-bumper or the powertrain warranty period. We try to help our customers if we can by providing rental vehicles at a discounted rate when repairs fall outside the manufacturer’s coverage. In your case, we waived your 209.99 diagnostic fee in order to alleviate this burden. We value your loyalty over the years and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. We always strive to deliver the best possible service and communication, and we’ll be reviewing your comments with our team to ensure we continue improving. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
