buying a rogue we drove up from Chicago to look and buy at a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Overall a good experience, they did not show the car prior to our arrival even though we drove up from Chicago to look and buy at a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Overall a good experience, they did not show the car prior to our arrival even though someone else was there and interested, this was very much appreciated. We were happy with the sales person, but did not appreciate the hard sell of the paint protection and extended warranty. After you make the deal, you are shuffled into 2 offices to add additional costs. The final slick finance sales guy was rude when we did not add an additional 2K to our bill. We were told a dent would be repaired days later at our house, when the dent guy arrived he said it needed to go to the shop, we were told he would be able to fix it without additional cost. He sort of fixed it, as we were not interested in paying more. 7.5 out of 10 experience. More

They were told numerous times that I didn’t want new plates, that I just wanted to transfer my plates to the new car that I was buying. But yet they gave and charged me for new plates anyways. Not only that, but they “claimed” they didn’t know that the audio system didn’t work in the car that I purchased despite having the car on their lot for almost 90 days. More
