Me and my 18 year old daughter came in to test drive an Elantra. The purchase was for my daughter. We were very lucky that Glen was the one that approached us to see if we needed assistance. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. Glen always looked at my daughter directly when she asked questions and he also asked her questions to see what she was looking for in a car. After test driving, we thanked Glen for his time and let him know that we were going to a few other places to test drive a few other styles of cars. When visiting the other dealerships and interacting with sales people, my daughter made the comment that they were "no Glen!" Needless to say we ended meeting back up with Glen to move forward with purchasing a 2024 Elantra. After asking a lot more questions, we decided on purchasing 2 Elantra's! Glen never made us feel like we were a bother. He made sure that we understood everything we needed to know about the cars we purchased, blue link and our warranty. We will purchase from Glen in the future! I can not forget about mentioning Tim Lavoie! He was a pleasure to work with. Very funny and through! We appreciate all your help! All of the staff at Crown Hyundai were great, always checking to see if we were taken care of or being helped. We have had our cars for a few weeks and are loving them! More

I have had the pleasure of working with Glen Gasbarro at Crown Hyundai when leasing my last 2 vehicles. I received an email from Jennifer Irvin in mid-November letting me know that my lease end was coming Crown Hyundai when leasing my last 2 vehicles. I received an email from Jennifer Irvin in mid-November letting me know that my lease end was coming up soon and she said she had a few vehicles that I may be interested in. I must admit the information she sent to me seemed too good to be true. I honestly thought once I arrived, I would be told that those vehicles were no longer available, and I would not get that same deal that was sent in the email. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Glen. Jennifer was busy with another customer, so Glen was the one that showed me the vehicles. As soon as I saw the 2023 Santa Fe, I knew that was the vehicle for me. Once we went inside to the desk to start looking at numbers I was waiting for the "bait and switch" to happen with the numbers that I originally received in the email. To my surprise that did not happen! I was able to get the same deal that I was promised in the email. There was no haggling and no pressure at all! Once again, I had a great experience in leasing my 3rd vehicle from Crown Hyundai and working with Glen on the past 2 vehicle leases was such a pleasure! I just hope Glen is there in 3 more years when it's time for my new lease! More

Safari was the best. After waiting 1 1/2 hours on our first visit another sales person took our name and number because the staff was very busy, no call back for over 2 After waiting 1 1/2 hours on our first visit another sales person took our name and number because the staff was very busy, no call back for over 2 weeks. We went back to the dealership 2 weeks later and same situation but Safari who was with another customer, took our info and we had not only a call back but he found exactly what we had asked for after only 3 days. He stayed late, was very patient when we were considering a different vehicle and answered all our questions. The next morning we made our choice and are extremely pleased. Can't say enough about how great he was. Tim in finance was just a great, very informative and gave good advise. Would recommend this dealership because of the excellent staff , great service and terrific selection. More
