Setting up an appointment was easy, Tim was easy to work with and gave a good break down of what I needed done and how much I’d owe. When we first starting doing business with them in 2006. At that time the business was great, but has gone down hill. They up charge and sneak in unnecessary extras that they did not do before. On this visit all I requested was two new tires and a new battery. I knew it would cost a little more, but it was worth it to know they would do the job right. But after my service of inflated parts pricing they added an additional $40 tire changing fee. So the $200+ for each tire and the $200+ labor was not enough? Completely unnecessary! More

I took my Jetta in for a factory recall. Tim and the service team were extremely professional and prompt. They had me and my car out of there in under 2 hours as promised. Went in for oil change and rotation, was even willing to pay for the rotation but was told no problem happy to take of it for no charge. Tires had 20 k and needed it seeing how they were not done for the fi pay for the rotation but was told no problem happy to take of it for no charge. Tires had 20 k and needed it seeing how they were not done for the first service. Got car back and no rotation done, was told didn’t need because the tread was all the same. 20k miles!!! You could look at from to back and see they needed it. They simply didn’t want to best I can figure. Next issue was it came back with engine light on from an oil change mind you. How is this not noticed before they tell you car is ready. So had to wait till they figured out what they messed up. I gave them two shots at service because I bought the car there, well out of my way to go as well, but I definitely won’t be going for a third for service or return business on buying. More
