I like thank Jay, Cliff, and TK for their exceptional customer service. For 12 years I have enjoyed my Honda and over the course of years I have lost a key or two. From my phone call to confirm if I could walk in to my actual time in shop, the service I receive from Timothy (front desk) was great. David was helpful. I didn’t end up waiting too long and all my concer actual time in shop, the service I receive from Timothy (front desk) was great. David was helpful. I didn’t end up waiting too long and all my concerns (new tire, wheel lock key, oil change) were all addressed and not too costly. Again, I was a walk-in on a relatively busy Saturday mid-morning / afternoon. Very grateful for Timothy as I do a lot Of mobile work and need my car throughout the week. 4/5 only because my tire pressure light came back on the next day and I believe it was related to one of my tire caps (for the air) not being put back on. Luckily I had an extra in my car already. More

Can’t recommend Tim, service manager; which extremely discriminatory boozed and only helps young dark beauties; while ignoring phone calls from anyone else. poor job. Pricey; Friendly; Don’t always comply w/sales promises I bought a CRV from Jim Coleman 5 years ago and joined their President’s Club. One of the advantages of the club was a coupon good for a free loaner i I bought a CRV from Jim Coleman 5 years ago and joined their President’s Club. One of the advantages of the club was a coupon good for a free loaner if the service value exceeded a certain amount. When I was having service done that exceeded the amount, I was told I couldn’t get a loaner car because the amount was insufficient. I fought for it and got it but was annoyed nevertheless. I was also told by my salesperson that my first update to the navigation system would be free. That turned out to be false. And service for anything is very pricey. Not likely that I’ll purchase another vehicle from this dealership More
