Good service, mostly an opportunity to sell me add-ons. I set a 7:30am appt to get in and out. It turned out to be a tire rotation. Promised 1 to 1.5 hours. It took 2 hours. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable employees. They give a discount whenever possible. Easy to make an appointment. The waiting area is clean & has a variety of sitting areas.
