I have had many experiences with car dealerships in my life, and my opinion of the latest one with Gary Summers at Advantage Chevrolet is that it was the best. I came knowing the car I wanted, and in les life, and my opinion of the latest one with Gary Summers at Advantage Chevrolet is that it was the best. I came knowing the car I wanted, and in less than 2 hours I was driving away in it. No nonsense understanding of what I wanted was delivered. It was a fair price, and maybe I could have negotiated a couple hundred less, but for half the price of groceries for a week, I preferred the pleasant hassle-free quick turn around. I think this was the first time in my life that I actually left a dealership feeling good about it! More

My visits were smooth and easy. John M followed up a after I test drove a Equinox and was told no decision has been made yet. My wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle. I had inquired about this particular vehicle a couple weeks ago but when I was contacted by the initial sales guy, he really didn’t seem too enthusia I had inquired about this particular vehicle a couple weeks ago but when I was contacted by the initial sales guy, he really didn’t seem too enthusiastic whether he sold the vehicle or not. With that being said, I moved on. We were heading to another dealership when we decided to stop in at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook and look at the vehicle in person. We were greeted by Paolo, an extremely professional young man. We spoke with him in the lot, test drove the car and went in the building to discuss pricing. There was no sense of pressure to make a sale but I also felt he showed some eagerness to help solidify a deal. When we agreed on the purchase price, we were then met by Tim H. in the finance department. He as well was very professional and very professional to deal with. Advantage and the staff met all of our expectations and it was an overall great experience. More

I have never had bad service at Advantage, until this last time. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 1:45pm. Jimmy was my service advisor. After telling him that I have a 1 last time. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 1:45pm. Jimmy was my service advisor. After telling him that I have a 1:45pm appointment for an oil change, and giving him my name, he entered my info in his computer, and then asked me what time my appointment was, like I either didn't have an appointment or the time was wrong. I responded with 1:45? Isn't that what your computer shows? He said yes. I got the service text stating if I need anything to text back at that number. After waiting over an hour, I finally texted Jimmy asking when my car would be done. I also explained I never received my service video confirming all was good with my car. Jimmy called me. He said he was sorry that I did not receive the video. I asked if everything was good with my car? He said that if it wasn't the tech would have told him, so he guesses everything was good. He then said my car was done and that he tried to find me to let me know but couldn't find me. I was sitting out front on the patio furniture. He didn't have me paged, text me, or call me to let me know my car was done. I don't even know how long my car had been done for. I love dealing with Samantha, but I would rather not work with Jimmy again. More
